Time deposit statement

The Time deposit Statement lists all transactions that have been effected on a clients account in a given period. It shows the transaction particulars (deposit, transfer and interest payments), the date, transaction number, voucher no, the mode payment.

How to view the time deposit Statement

To access this report go to Savings/Time deposit/Time deposit Statement and a screen shown below will appears:

• Product: From the drop down box, select the appropriate to product to which the time deposit belongs e.g "Time Deposit". These products should have been defined under System/Configuration/Time deposits.
• Time deposit: Click on the Choose command button to select the time deposit whose statement you want to view e.g "KA/00003".
• From: In the drop down box, select the appropriate date when the Time deposit statement will start e.g., "01/01/2015" and to: the date when the Time deposit statement will end, e.g., "24/03/2016"
• Client Type: Specify the type of client e.g. "Individual"
• Send the savers statement by email: When ticked Loan Performer will send by email the time deposit statement to the client when printed. The email address of the client should have been registered under Individual Clients/Identification/Address and Group Clients/Group Address for Groups. The institution address and mail server should have been defined under System/Configuration/Email settings.
• Debit- Credit style: When this option is ticked the report will be displayed in running balance style showing the details of the credits and the debits.
• Print photo if specified: If this option is selected/ ticked the Time deposit statement will be printed with the photo of the client. The photo should have been added to the client's details under Clients module Individual Clients/Identification.
• Report in descending order: When this option is ticked the report will be displayed in descending order beginning with the most recent transaction.

Note that in order to send and receive emails and perform other online transactions, you must have defined the required settings under System/Configuration/Email settings and System/Configuration/Online access settings. Please consult Crystal Clear software to know more about the required license
